Delete a Project in the Bid Board

• Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.

• Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.

• Archived projects are currently stored indefinitely, though retention policies may change in the future.

• Permanently deleting a project cannot be undone.

1. Navigate to the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool.

2. Click on the project you want to delete.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis .

4. Click Delete. The project will then be moved to the Archive tab.

If you want to permanently delete the project, take the following steps:

1. Click on the Archive tab.

2. Click the vertical ellipsis next to the project you want to delete.

3. Click Delete Permanently.

4. Click Delete Permanently to permanently delete the project.
