Change Privacy Settings on a Folder or File in the Company Level Documents Tool (iOS)
Things to Consider
Private files and folders can only be accessed by:
The folder's creator.
Users with 'Admin' level permissions to the Company Documents tool.
Users who have been given access to the folder directly through the folder's permissions. See Manage Permissions for Company Level Documents.

Steps
Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Tap your avatar and navigate to the Sidebar screen.
Tap Company Documents.
Tap the file or folder you want to change the privacy for.
Tap the horizontal ellipsis
.Tap Edit.
To update the privacy tap the toggle
ON or 
OFF.Tap Save.
