Create a Folder in the Company Level Documents Tool (iOS)

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions
Private files and folders can only be accessed by:
- The folder's creator.
- Users with 'Admin' level permissions to the Company Documents tool.
- Users who have been given access to the folder directly through the folder's permissions. See Manage Permissions for Company Level Documents.

Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Tap your avatar and navigate to the Sidebar screen.
Tap Company Documents.
Tap the add icon.
Tap Create Folder.
Enter new folder name.
Tap Done to close the keyboard.
Optional: To mark the folder as 'Private', tap the toggle ON.
Note: Folders marked as 'Private' are only accessible to the folder's creator and 'Admin' level users on the Company Documents tool.
Tap Create.
