Add a Company to a Project from the Company Directory

In Procore, a company record should be created for all of the subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other entities who do business with your organization. This record holds all of the mission-critical address, contact, project, bidding, and insurance information. From the Company Directory, you can add a company record to a project so that the company is available in the project's Directory tool.

• When a user adds a new company to the Project Directory, it's automatically added to the Company Directory.

1. Navigieren Sie zum Adressbuch-Tool des Unternehmens.

2. Klicken Sie auf Unternehmen.

3. Klicken Sie neben dem Unternehmen auf Bearbeiten .

4. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Projekte .

5. Klicken Sie dann neben den gewünschten Projekten im Abschnitt "Projekte [Name des Lieferanten] gehört nicht zu" auf Hinzufügen .

6. Klicken Sie auf Speichern.
