Search and Filter Receipts

• Required User Permissions

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Receipts tab.

3. Click Summary to view receipts or Line Items to view line items listed in receipts.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Receipt

   • Line Items

     • Description

     • Item

     • Receipt

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Receipts tab.

3. Click Summary to view receipts or Line Items to view line items listed in receipts.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Date Created

     • Date Received

     • Labels (available in the Line Item view)

     • Receipt

     • Receiving Location

     • Status

     • Vendor

   • Line Item

     • Condition

     • Labels

     • Receipt

     • Receipt Status

     • Storage Location

     • Vendor

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
