Search and Filter Shipments

• Required User Permissions

Search

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Shipments tab.

3. Click Summary to view shipments or Line Items to view line items listed in shipments.
   

4. Click the search bar and enter your keywords to search one of the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Shimpent

   • Line Items

     • Item Description

     • Item Name

     • Shipment

     • Vendor

Filter

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

2. Click the Shipments tab.

3. Click Summary to view shipment or Line Items to view line items listed in shipments.
   

4. Click the filter icon.

5. Select to filter by the following fields:

   • Summary

     • Delivery Location

     • Estimated Delivery Date

     • Shipment

     • Status

     • Vendor Name

   • Line Items

     • Shipment

     • Status

     • Labels

     • Vendor Name

6. To clear filters, click the 'x' on the individual filter or click Clear All.
