iPhone

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap your avatar circle to navigate to the Sidebar screen. Avatar

    You can also swipe right to get to this screen.

  3. Tap Support & Feedback.

  4. Tap Report App Issue.

  5. Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing into the message box.

  6. Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message.

  7. Tap Send Logs to Support.

iPad

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the side menu Icon Ipad Menu icon.

  3. Tap App Preferences.

  4. Tap Support & Feedback.

  5. Tap Report App Issue.

  6. Enter a description of the problem you are experiencing into the message box.

  7. Optional: If you are working with a support representative, add their name or the case number to your message.

  8. Tap Send Logs to Support.
