Add General Info to a Specification

• Required User Permissions

1. Navigate to the project's Specifications tool.

2. Click the desired specification area you want to view the info for.
   OR
   Click information icon next to a specification.

3. Click General tab.
   This displays the General Information and Specifications Revisions.

General Information

1. This section displays the following:

   1. Number

   2. Description

   3. Division

   4. Obsolete

2. Click the vertical ellipsis to take one of the following actions:

   1. Email

   2. Move Revision to Recycle Bin

3. Click Edit to update the present information.

4. Click Save Changes.

Specifications Revisions

1. This section displays the list of revisions.
   Note: If the information icon is black, you can view the revision. If the icon is greyed out, you are currently viewing the revision.

2. Click the vertical ellipsis to take one of the following actions:

   1. Email

   2. Move Revision to Recycle Bin

3. Click Edit to update the present information.

4. Click Save Changes.
