Update the Status of a T&M Ticket

Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.

• Update the Status a Single T&M Ticket

  1. Click View next to the ticket.

  2. Click Change Status and select from the following options:

     • Close Ticket

     • Revise and Resubmit

     • Rejected

• Bulk Update the status of T&M Tickets

  1. Mark the checkbox for the tickets you want to close or reopen.

  2. Click Bulk Actions and select one of the following statuses:

     1. Close

     2. Reopen
