What permissions do bidders need in order to be invited to bid and submit a bid?

Bidders must be added to the Company level Directory and associated with a specific Company/Vendor before they can be invited to bid on a project.

After they are invited to bid, bidders who were added to the Bid Recipient list automatically gain access to the Planroom. See Add Bid Recipients.

Bidders do not need access to any other Procore project tools to access the bid package.

When a bidder is awarded a contract, you can add them to the Project level Directory and assign them a 'Subcontractor' permission template.
