What permissions do I need to see all project data in a Company 360 Report?

Procore determines what data users can see in a Company 360 Report based on the complexity of the tool's permissions. There are two (2) distinct rules:

Practical Example

• Your Role: You are a Procore user with access to the RFIs tool on nine (9) Procore projects:

  • On five (5) projects, you have 'Admin' permissions on the RFIs tool.

  • On four (4) projects, you have 'Read Only' permissions on the RFIs tool.

• Your Action: You create a Company 360 Report using fields from the RFI data set.

• The Result: You will be able to view RFI data only from the 5 projects where you are an Admin. Procore automatically filters out and excludes the data from the four (4) projects where you only have 'Read-Only' permissions.
