Download Documents from a Bid Board Project

Things to Consider

Required User Permissions for the Bid Board tool.
Required User Permissions for the Estimating tool.
Required User Permissions for the Portfolio Planning tool.
When using the Estimating tool, documents are only available for projects that originated in the Bid Board tool.

Navigate to the Bid Board or Portfolio Planning tool and select the project.
OR
Navigate to the project's Estimating tool.
Click the Documents tab.
Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the folder or document that you want to download.
Click Download.
The documents automatically download to your computer.
