Delete a Coordination Issue

You cannot permanently delete items in the Coordination Issues tool. Instead, move unwanted items to the Recycle Bin. This safety net allows Admins to audit removed items and restore those deleted by mistake for future use.

Move a coordination issue to the Recycle Bin from your preferred platform:

To move an issue to the Recycle Bin with the Coordination Issues tool Show/Hide Details

  1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool.

  2. Find the issue to delete:

    • Use the Search bar.

    • Apply filters like Assigned to Me, Overdue, or a specific Location.

  3. Mark the checkbox that corresponds to the issue(s) to delete. A trash can icon appears at the top of the table.

  4. Click trash can icon to delete the selected issue(s).

  5. At the Move Issue to the Recycle Bin prompt, click Move.

Procore moves the issue(s) to the Recycle Bin. Only tool Admins can Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin.

To move an issue to the Recycle Bin with the Procore BIM PluginShow/Hide Details

  1. Open Navisworks® and your model on your computer. See Getting Started Using the Procore Plugin.

  2. With the Procore tab selected, click Issues.

  3. Hover over the issue to delete.

  4. Click Info.

  5. Click the ellipsis (...) icon to expand the options for this issue, then click Delete.

The Procore BIM Plugin moves the issue to the Recycle Bin in the Coordination Issues tool. Only a tool Admin can Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin.
