Create a Site team (Android)

Labourers on worksites are managed into groups called site teams so they can be more easily programd, dispatched, and organised on worksites. Each site team consists of workers who perform one or more scope of work (for example, a site team of concrete workers) and is lead by a Site team Lead, or Foreman, who is responsible for overseeing the site team’s work.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Site teams tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You can configure what items are created with the quick create icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

  • This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

• Add the Site teams tool to the project. See Add and Remove Project Tools.

• Optional: Add a Worker

1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device and select a project.
   Note: This loads the Tools screen for the project.

2. Tap the quick create icon and select Site team.
   OR
   Tap the Site teams tool and tap the create icon. Then select Create Site team.

3. Tap into the following fields to enter the appropriate information:

   • Site team Name: Tap to enter a name for the site team.

   • Site team Lead: Tap the field to navigate to a list of team members from which you can select the site team's lead.
     Note: Site teams will only show in the 'My Site teams' view if you are selected as the Site team Lead of those site teams.

   • Site team Members: Tap the field to navigate to a list of team members from which you can add to the site team.

4. Tap Create.
