Edit a Project Level Equipment Entry

The (Legacy) Equipment tool was developed specifically for use by Procore customers in Australia and New Zealand. For documentation, visit the Company Level Equipment page and Project Level Equipment page on the Australia (English) instance of the Procore Support Site.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • To edit any Project level equipment entry:* 'Admin' level permission on the project's Equipment (Legacy) tool

    • To edit a Project level equipment entry that you created:* 'Standard' level permission or higher on the project's Equipment (Legacy) tool

    • To edit a company-owned equipment entry:* 'Admin' level permission on the company's Equipment (Legacy) tool

  • Additional Information:

    • You will be able to update any equipment entry that was entered in the Daily Log.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project’s Equipment (Legacy) tool.

  2. Click Edit next to the equipment entry you want to modify.

  3. Click into any of the fields and modify the information.

  4. Click Update to save your edits.
