Download a Project Level Form

• Required User Permissions:

  • To download a form not marked as 'Private': 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Forms tool.

  • To download any form: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool.

• Download a Form from the Forms List View
  OR

• Download a Form from the Form's Info Page

Edit a Form from the Form's View Page

1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.

2. Click Open next to the form you want to download.
   This opens the form in a document viewer.

3. Click the icon and select Download Modified Form or Download Blank Form.

Download a Form from the Form's Info Page

1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.

2. Click Info next to the form you want to download.

3. Click the icon next to the file name.
