Edit an Inspection (Android)

  • Additional Information:

    • Important! Reopening an inspection that was previously marked as 'Closed' will delete any existing signatures.

    • This asset or item can be viewed or edited in offline mode provided that the asset or item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Inspections tool using an Android mobile device.

  2. Tap to select the inspection that you want to edit.

  3. Tap the Edit icon.

  4. Tap a field to edit the inspection's information.

  5. Tap Save.

 Tip

  1. Click Fix Errors to navigate to the first empty required field (if the required fields are empty or blank).

  2. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty fields. Once all required fields are filled, you are able to create or save the form.
