Copy or Move a Group to Another Estimate in Procore Estimating

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Estimator' user role or higher. See What are the different 'user roles' in Procore Estimating?

1. Log in to Procore Estimating and select the relevant project.

2. Follow the relevant steps below:

   • Copy a Group from an Estimate

   • Copy a Group from a Takeoff

   • Move a Group from an Estimate

   • Move a Group from a Takeoff

Copy a Group

From an Estimate

1. Click the Estimating tab.

2. Locate the group that you want to copy to another estimate.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon for the group.

4. Hover over Copy to Other Estimate.

5. Click the estimate that you want to copy the group to.
   The group is automatically added to the selected estimate.

From a Takeoff

1. Click the Take-Off tab.

2. Locate the group that you want to copy to another estimate.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon for the group.

4. Hover over Copy to Other Estimate.

5. Click the estimate that you want to copy the group to.
   The group is automatically added to the selected estimate.

Move a Group

From an Estimate

1. Click the Estimating tab.

2. Locate the group that you want to move to another estimate.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon.

4. Hover over Move to Other Estimate.

5. Click the estimate that you want to move the group to.
   The group is automatically added to the selected estimate.

From a Takeoff

1. Click the Take-Off tab.

2. Locate the group that you want to move to another estimate.

3. Click the vertical ellipsis icon.

4. Hover over Move to Other Estimate.

5. Click the estimate that you want to move the group to.
   The group is automatically added to the selected estimate.
