Background

Procore provides you with a variety of ways to send project-related items (for example, contracts, inspections, submittals, and so on) to other Procore project users:

  • The Project Level Emails Tool The Project level Emails tool lets email project-related items to Procore users that have been added to the Project Directory.

  • Specific Project Tools in Procore In numerous Project level tools, you can also send project-related items Procore users who have been added to the Project Directory.

When sending items to project users by email, the body of the email message typically contains one or more hyperlinks that recipients can use to download information from Procore.
