Submit a Bid on Behalf of a Bidder

• Required User Permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

• Additional Information:

  • You must invite a bidder before submitting a bid on their behalf.

  • You cannot perform this action until the bidder signs their NDA.

  • If a bidder submits a bid outside of Procore, you can enter and submit the bid on their behalf.

  • You can attach proposals and other documents in the Attachments section.

  • See Add Bidders to a Bid Form to add a new bidder.

The steps below are for projects that have not been updated to Bid Management Enhanced Experience.

1. Navigate to the project's Tendering tool.

2. Click View on the relevant bid package.

3. Click View next to the bidder's name you want to submit on behalf of.
   OR
   Click the Add Bidders button to add a new bidder. See Search for and Invite Bidders.

4. Fill out the Bid Sheet section.
   Note: You can attach proposals and other documents in the Attachments section.

5. Click Submit Bid.
