Retrieve an Observation From the Recycle Bin

• Required User Permissions

• Additional Information:

  • Any deleted observations will be archived in the Recycle Bin.

1. Navigate to the project's Observations tool.

2. Under the Views section in the right page, click Recycle Bin .

3. Click View next to the deleted observation you would like to retrieve.

4. Click the Retrieve.
   Note : The recovered item will now appear in the Observations log page.

Bulk Retrieve Observations

1. Navigate to the project's Observations tool.

2. Click the Recycle Bin subtab.

3. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown menu.

4. Select Retrieve.

5. Mark the checkboxes next to the observation items you want to retrieve.

6. Click Retrieve to confirm your decision to retrieve the selected observations.
