Export the Time Off List

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • The export reflects the information displayed on the Time Off List at the time of the export.

  • Supported File Formats:

    • Portable Document File (PDF)

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.

  2. Click Time Off and select Time Off List.

  3. Select the Group.

  4. Optional: Click the table settings Icon Ag Grid Table Filter Menu icon to select the columns to show on the list.

  5. Optional: Search, Sort or Filter the Time Off List. See Search, Sort or Filter the Time Off List.

  6. Click Export.

  7. From your internet browser, click Print. Then Save as PDF.
