Export a Bid Package's Bid Files

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Tendering tool.
    OR

  • You created the tender package.
    OR

  • You are a user cc'd on the tender package.
    OR

  • You are the Tender Package Manager.

• Upload Bid Documents

1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.

2. Click the name of the relevant bid package.

3. Click the Files tab.

Follow these steps to download a specific bid document log:

1. Click Export.

2. Select from the following:

   • Export Drawing Log

   • Export Document Log

   • Export Specification Log

     • Each log downloads as a PDF file.

Follow these steps to download all bid documents:

1. Click the ellipsis icon.

2. Select from the following:

   • Download Bid Documents

     • Downloads as a .zip file.

   • Delete Bid Package

     • This deletes entire bid package.
