Reactivate Companies in the Project Directory
Background
The Project Directory allows users to reactivate inactive company records in Procore. When a company is reactivated, it is restored in both the Company and Project Directory and on all projects where it was previously added.
Things to Consider
Steps
Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
Click the Inactive Companies tab.
Mark the checkbox for each company that you want to reactivate.
Click Bulk Actions and select Reactivate.
Click Reactivate to confirm.
In BetaAn updated version of the Project Directory is currently in beta and can be enabled with Procore Explore.
Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
Click the Companies tab.
Click More Filters.
For 'Company Status' select Inactive.
Locate the company you want to reactivate.
In the user's row, click the vertical ellipsis 
and select Reactivate.
An updated version of the Project Directory is currently in beta and can be enabled with Procore Explore.
Navigate to the Project level Directory tool.
Click the Companies tab.
Click More Filters.
For 'Company Status' select Inactive.
