Edit a Company Permissions Template
Company permission templates let you quickly assign permissions to users for company level tools. You can assign users 'None', 'Read Only', 'Standard', or 'Admin' access to each company level tool. For some tools, you can also assign granular permissions to perform specific actions.

Some tools require specific granular permissions to be enabled for their permissions levels.
Prerequisites
Steps
Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.
Click the Company Permissions Templates tab.
Next to the permissions template, click Actions and select Edit Template.
For each Company level Procore tool, select the permission level for the template:
None. Grants no access to the Procore tool.
Read Only. Grants read-only access to the Procore tool.
If available, click the expand
mark the checkbox for any granular permission you want to grant.
Standard. Grants standard access to the Procore tool.
If available, click the expand
mark the checkbox for any granular permission you want to grant.
Admin. Grants admin access to the Procore tool.
Tip
To make users with this permissions template a Company Administrator, select 'Admin' permissions for the Company level Directory tool. This gives them 'Admin' level permissions for all Company level tools and Project level tools for projects that they are added to.
Click Save and select from the following:
Save.
Save & Return to Company Permissions.

Company Administrators can enable the New Permissions User Interface beta in Procore Explore. (US 2 | UK)
Navigate to the company's Permissions tool.
Click the Company Permissions Templates tab.
Click the template name.
Configure Permissions for each tool.
Tips
For granting default Read Only, Standard, or Admin without granular permissions:
Single Tool - Select the permissions level from the dropdown menu in the 'Permission Level' column.
Bulk Update - Mark the tools' checkboxes and select the permissions level under the 'Search' bar.
Click Configure next to the tool.
Select None, Read Only, Standard, or Admin.
To grant additional permissions, mark the checkbox next to each granular permission.
Click Save Configuration.
Repeat step 6 for each tool.
Click Save and Apply.
Click Save and Apply to confirm.
