Export Procore Estimating Estimate to Quickbooks Online

Eliminate manual double entry and reduce the risk of clerical errors by sending your estimates directly to QuickBooks Online. This integration creates a mirrored record in QBO, ensuring your Invoicing and Project Tracking are based on the latest data.

• Required Permissions:

  • 'Administrator' level user role in Procore Estimating.

• Additional Information:

  • This is a one-way sync from the estimate in Procore Estimating to QuickBooks. Changes made to the estimate in QuickBooks will not automatically update the original estimate in Procore Estimating.

  • Ensure your cost items are correctly mapped to QuickBooks Income/Expense accounts to ensure your financial reporting remains accurate.

  • Only finalized estimates should be exported to avoid cluttering your QuickBooks account with "draft" versions.

• Import Quickbooks Cost Catalog to Procore Estimating.

1. Navigate to your account in Procore Estimating.

2. Click the Projects tab.

3. Search for and select the relevant project.

4. Once in the project, click the Estimating tab.

5. Click Export.

6. Select Estimate from dropdown menu.

7. Select Quickbooks.

8. Click Confirm within the pop up window to export the estimate to Quickbooks.
