Close or Reopen a T&M Ticket

Navigate to the T&M Tickets tool.

• Close/Reopen a Single T&M Ticket

  1. Click View next to the ticket.

  2. In the banner at the top of the page, click one Close Ticket or Reopen Ticket.

• Bulk Close/Reopen T&M Tickets

  1. Mark the checkbox for the tickets you want to close or reopen.

  2. Click Bulk Actions and select Close or Reopen.
