Add a Company to a Project from the Company Directory

Background

In Procore, a company record should be created for all of the subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other entities who do business with your organization. This record holds all of the mission-critical address, contact, project, bidding, and insurance information. From the Company Directory, you can add a company record to a project so that the company is available in the project's Directory tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • When a user adds a new company to the Project Directory, it's automatically added to the Company Directory.

Pasos

  1. Navegue hasta la herramienta Directorio de la compañía.

  2. Haga clic en Compañías.

  3. Haga clic en Editar junto a la compañía.

  4. Haga clic en la pestaña Proyectos.

  5. A continuación, haga clic en Agregar junto a los proyectos deseados en la sección "Proyectos a los que [nombre del proveedor] no pertenece".

  6. Haga clic en Guardar.
