Add a Company to the Project Level Directory (iOS)

• Required User Permissions

• When you add a new company to the Project Directory, that company is also added to the Company level Directory tool.

• You can configure what items are created with the quick create icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.

• This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.

Import a Company from your Mobile Device

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.

2. Tap the quick create icon and select Company.
   OR
   Tap the Directory tool and tap the create icon. Then select Add Company.

3. Tap Import from Contacts.

4. Tap the desired existing company or contact.
   Note: This is a contact stored locally to your device.

5. Tap into a field to add or edit the relevant information.

6. Tap Create to add the company to the project's Directory.

Manually Add a New Company

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.

2. Tap the quick create icon and select Company
   OR
   Tap the Directory tool and tap the create icon. Then select Add Company.

3. Tap Create a New Company.

4. Tap into the fields to add the relevant information.

5. Tap Create to save the company to the project's Directory.
