Assign a 360 Report to All Projects

To standardize reporting, Administrador de la empresa can assign a report to all projects, which adds it everywhere for consistency. Unlike cloning, which just copies a report, or sharing, which only grants users access, assigning a report makes it universally available across all projects.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Admin' level permissions on the Company Directory tool.

• Additional Information:

  • Automatic Updates: Changes to a template are pushed to all project reports. Reports assigned to 'All Projects' are automatically added to new projects.

  • Project 360 Report Access: Users with appropriate permissions can view and make copies of reports.

1. Navigate to the Company 360 Reporting tool.

2. Locate the desired report in the list under 'My Reports'. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and choose Assign as Template.

3. Optional: If you update the report in the future, changes will propagate to the reports on each project.

4. Optional: If you delete the report at the company level, it will be removed from each project.
