Resolve 'Physical Connection is not Usable' Export Error

Background

When exporting Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) from Procore to Viewpoint® Vista™, a connection timeout can sometimes prevent the data from transferring. This is often caused by a temporary network interruption or a server delay. To resolve this, you must restart the integration services on your client server to restore the connection and allow the export to complete successfully.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • Procore:

      • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
        AND

      • The person's account must be granted the 'Can Push to Accounting' privilege in the Company Directory. See Grant Accounting Approver Privileges.

    • Administrative access to the local client server where the Trimble service is installed.

  • Additional Information:

    • Error Message: An error occurred during the activation of a particular registration. See the inner exception for details. Registration: Activator = SlCoBatchEntriesAddHandler (ReflectionActivator), Services = [Ryvit.Attachments.Vista.sl.v2.co_batch_entries.add.SlCoBatchEntriesAddHandler], An exception was thrown while invoking the constructor 'Void .ctor(Ryvit.Attachments.Vista.ConfigModels.ViewpointSystemConfig, GnetLogger.ILogger, IntServ.Core.IOrganizationContext)' on type 'SlCoBatchEntriesAddHandler'. ---> A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server.19 - Physical connection is not usable
