What are the differences between the Digital Coworker packages?

Procore AI comes in three Digital Coworker packages — Starter Pack, Pro, and Enterprise — so organizations can start where it makes sense and scale as they grow. Every package works from the Procore AI side panel, searches and analyzes your project data, and puts agents to work that draft and update items in Procore for your review. The packages differ in how many projects you can enable, how credits work, how many agents you get, and how much you can customize and govern AI across your organization.

Digital Coworker Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is a low-friction way to prove out value. It's a six-month engagement that lets you enable up to three projects with unlimited use, and includes five ready-to-use agents built for common construction work: Deep Search, Submittal Review, RFI, Daily Log, and Contract Review. Because it's project-limited and doesn't require managing a credit balance, it's the simplest way for a team to experience Procore AI on their most important projects.

Digital Coworker Pro

Pro removes the project limit and moves to a credit-based model: you can enable unlimited projects that share one monthly pool of credits. Pro includes 20 ready-to-use agents spanning project planning, bidding, safety, quality, and risk management. It also adds two automation-ready agents — an RFI agent and a Submittal agent — that can run automatically when a related event occurs in Procore, so routine work can move forward without someone starting it by hand.

Digital Coworker Enterprise

Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus the ability to build and tailor AI to how your organization works:

• Multimedia intelligence. In addition to text and documents, Enterprise can process video and audio, letting agents transcribe, summarize, and analyze recordings from site walk-throughs, briefings, and meetings.

• Build your own agents. Agent Studio lets you customize a ready-to-use agent or build a new one from scratch, so agents can reflect your company's specific workflows.

• Automations on any agent. Beyond the two automation-ready agents in Pro, Enterprise can add scheduled and event-based automations to any agent from the agent's configuration panel.

• Agent templates at scale. Enterprise admins can build reusable templates with standardized instructions, knowledge, and automations, keeping agents consistent across projects and making updates easy to apply. For example, a single template can apply your company's SOPs across selected projects — or apply different SOPs to different projects when procedures vary by region.

• Faster data syncs. Indexed project data syncs every 15 minutes, compared to hourly on Pro. This means more vectorized data is accessible, rather than relying on API calls via the MCP for recently added data, which can be a little less user-friendly.
