Why is my Analytics report showing incomplete or partial data?

If you notice that your Analytics reports are missing records or showing incomplete datasets when connected to a Procore Delta Sharing data source, it is likely due to the default row limit settings within the Power BI connector.

By default, the Power BI Delta Sharing connector implements a row limit of 1 million rows. If your Procore table exceeds this limit, Power BI will only load the first 1 million rows, resulting in partial data visibility.
