Eliminar una plantilla de formulario de nivel de empresa

Temas a considerar

  • Permisos de usuario necesarios: permisos de nivel "Administrador" en la herramienta Administrador de nivel de empresa.

  • Información adicional:

    • Una plantilla de formulario de nivel de empresa no se puede eliminar si se ha creado un formulario de nivel de proyecto utilizando la plantilla.

    • Cualquier plantilla de formulario que elimine se eliminará permanentemente de Procore.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Forms.

  3. Click the icon-delete-trash6.png icon at the end of the row with the form template you want to delete.
    Note: If the template's row displays a gray icon-delete-trash.png icon, the template cannot be deleted because some other project currently uses the form template. You can only delete a template if it is not being used by another project. See Delete a Project Level Form.

  4. Click OK in the confirmation window.
    A green banner displays to confirm that the form template was deleted.
