Enviar un mensaje en la herramienta Conversaciones (iOS)

Temas a considerar

  • Permisos de usuario necesarios:

    • Debe existir en la herramienta Directorio del proyecto.

    • Si la empresa propietaria de la cuenta de Procore ha habilitado los Mensajes directos solo para empleados internos, debe estar marcado como empleado interno. Ver ¿Cómo añado a alguien como empleado de mi empresa?

    • Si está enviando un mensaje relacionado con un elemento, debe tener el acceso adecuado a ese elemento.

The Conversations tool is compatible with iOS version 2023.0327 or later. Please update to the latest version to effectively use the Conversations tool.

Pasos

Consulte los pasos a continuación según el tipo de mensaje que desee enviar:

  • Enviar un mensaje directo

  • Enviar un mensaje a un grupo

  • Enviar un mensaje relacionado con un elemento

Send a Direct Message

 Important

This is an optional feature that may not be available in the Procore account you are working in. Company Admins can enable or disable the feature in the Company level Admin tool, and they can also choose to enable it for internal employees only. See Configure Access and Settings for the Conversations Tool.

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.

  3. Tap Direct Messages. Note: If you want to send a direct message to an existing conversation, tap the name of the conversation and skip to step 7 below.

  4. Tap the create icon-plus-create-mobile-cnvs.png icon and select Create Direct Message.

  5. Tap the name of each individual you want to send the direct message to.

  6. Tap Next. If you have an existing conversation with the selected individuals, all previous messages are shown.

  7. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png icon and select from the following options:

      • Take Photo: Allows you to take one or more photos to add to the message.

      • Choose from Library: Allows you to choose photos from your device.

      • Files from Device: Allows you to choose files from your device.

      • Procore Items: Allows you to add files or link to items from the project.

  8. When you are ready to send the message, tap the send icon-send-cnvs.png icon.
    The message is automatically added to the conversation.

Enviar un mensaje a un grupo

  1. Abra la aplicación Procore en un dispositivo móvil iOS.

  2. Toca la herramienta Conversaciones del proyecto.

  3. Pulsa en Grupos.

  4. Pulse el grupo al que desee enviar un mensaje.

  5. Pulse en el cuadro de texto e introduzca su mensaje.

    • Si desea mencionar a una persona para notificarle sobre una conversación, pulse el símbolo @ en el teclado al escribir un mensaje y seleccione su nombre. Ver Mencionar a un usuario en una conversación (iOS).

    • Si desea añadir archivos adjuntos o vincular elementos a su mensaje, pulse el signo más icon-plus-2.png y seleccione entre las siguientes opciones:{

      • Tomar foto: permite tomar una o más fotos para añadir al mensaje.

      • Seleccionar de la galería: permite elegir fotos del dispositivo.

      • Archivos del dispositivo: permite elegir archivos del dispositivo.

      • Elementos de Procore: permite añadir archivos o vincular a elementos del proyecto.

  6. Cuando esté listo para enviar el mensaje, pulse el botón enviar icon-send-cnvs.png icono El mensaje se añade automáticamente a la conversación.

Send a Message Related to an Item

To start a new conversation about an item:

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Navigate to the relevant tool. See Which project tools support Conversations?

  3. Tap the item that you want to send a message about.

  4. Tap Start a Conversation.

  5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png iconand select from the following options:

      • Take Photo: Allows you to take one or more photos to add to the message.

      • Choose from Library: Allows you to choose photos from your device.

      • Files from Device: Allows you to choose files from your device.

      • Procore Items: Allows you to add files or link to items from the project.

  6. When you are ready to send the message, tap the send icon-send-cnvs.png icon.
    The message is automatically added to the conversation.

To send a message about an item that you are already following:

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Conversations tool.

  3. Tap Items.

  4. Tap the conversation for the item you want to send a message about.

  5. Tap into the text box and enter your message.

    • If you want to mention an individual to notify them of a conversation, tap the @ symbol on your keyboard when writing a message and select their name. See Mention a User in a Conversation (iOS).

    • If you want to add attachments or link items to your message, tap the plus icon-plus-2.png iconand select from the following options:
