Assign a Pick Ticket

This feature is currently in beta for select Procore customers.

Prerequisites

  • Materials must be available in inventory to be picked and issued.

  • If issuing materials from a request, the request must be approved before materials can be issued. See Approve a Materials Request.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Control tab.

  3. Click the Issuing sub tab.

  4. Click the pick ticket number.

  5. In the details section of the pick ticket, click the edit icon-edit2.png icon.

  6. Click the Assigned to Name field.

  7. Enter the name of the user and select their name from the drop-down menu.

  8. Click out of the field to save.
