Enviar un formulario de precalificación

Si ha sido invitado a precalificar en un proyecto que se está gestionando con el software de construcción basado en la nube de Procore , debería haber recibido una invitación por correo electrónico en su buzón. Si es la primera vez que recibe una invitación para colaborar en un proyecto utilizando Procore, haga clic en el vínculo Comenzar. Esto le pedirá que cree una contraseña para su cuenta. Ver Cómo iniciar sesión en Procore e Introducción a Procore para obtener más información. Si ha colaborado anteriormente en un proyecto de Procore, haga clic en Precalificar aquí en el correo electrónico de precalificación. Una vez que haya iniciado sesión, será redirigido a su formulario de precalificación.

• Required User Permissions:

  • 'Read Only' level or higher permissions to the Prequalification Portal tool.
    Note: Once a user is invited to prequalify, their permission will automatically change from 'None' to 'Read Only' on the Prequalification Portal tool.

• Additional Information:

  • If the prequalification email has been forwarded to you, you will not be able to access the prequalification form.

  • Procore requires the following fields to be filled out in order to submit your Prequalification form:

    • Legal Company Name

    • Federal Employer ID

    • Industry Type

1. Click Prequalify Here in the prequalification invitation email or navigate to the Prequalification Portal tool.

2. Click on the Name of the prequalification form.

3. In each category, click Get Started.
   Note: Once you start filling out a category, the button changes to 'Edit'.

4. Enter the information for each category.
   Notes:

   • An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.

   • Click Next to continue to the next section.

5. Click Submit.
   Note: You can only submit your form once you have filled out all the required fields (each section is at 100%).

6. In the 'Submit Prequalification?' window, review the information and mark the checkboxes confirming you understand.

7. Click Submit.
   Note: Once the prequalification form has been submitted, you will no longer be able to edit your form.
