Create Notes About Projects in Resource Planning
Things to Consider
By default, notes can be viewed by anyone with granular permissions to 'View Project Notes'.
Notes that are marked 'private' can only be viewed by the note's creator.
Steps
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Projects and select Project List.
Click the project name of the project you want to edit.
Click the Notes tab.
Click Add Note.
Enter your note.
Optional: Click Upload File to add an attachment.
Optional: Mark the Private checkbox if only you should be able to view the note.
Click Save.
