Manage Your Inbox for Resource Planning
Prerequisites
Messages sent in Resource Planning do NOT appear in Emails in Procore.
Deleted messages are permanently removed from Resource Planning and cannot be recovered.
Messages that are only visible to you have a lock
icon.
People receiving messages via SMS cannot reply via SMS.
Message and data rates may apply when receiving SMS messages.
People receiving messages via email can reply from their own email client. Emailed replies appear in your inbox.
Prerequisites
Steps
View a Message
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Communications and select Messages.
Click the message to view it and see any replies.
Star a Message
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Communications and select Messages.
Click the star
icon for the message you want to favorite.
Reply to a Message
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Communications and select Messages.
Click the message to reply to.
In the text box, enter your reply.
Click Reply to send the message.
Notes:If the original message had the checkbox marked 'All Users Can See This Message', your reply will also be visible to all users.
Replies can be seen in your Inbox or the Sent section of the Messages tool.
Archive a Message
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Communications and select Messages.
Click the message to archive.
Click Archive.
Delete a Message
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click Communications and select Messages.
Click the message to delete.
Click Delete.
CautionDeleted messages are permanently removed from Resource Planning. They cannot be recovered by Procore.
