Can multiple users share a single Procore login?

No. Procore accounts are strictly tied to a single user. To maintain the security and integrity of project data, every individual must use their own unique login credentials. Sharing accounts or passwords is a violation of security protocols and is not permitted.
What should I do if my team is currently sharing a login?
If your current setup is not on a one-to-one basis, please contact your Project or Company Administrator immediately to have individual, unique logins created for every user.
To ensure a secure and verifiable project environment, keep your password confidential. Under no circumstances should login credentials be shared with other team members or external partners.
