How does Datagrid Enterprise differ from Datagrid Pro?

Answer

Datagrid assists with information retrieval and automating tasks across a tech stack by providing a centralized hub for team-wide intelligence. While Datagrid Pro equips your team with AI search and agentic actions capable of creating objects and taking actions, Datagrid Enterprise is designed for organizations who also want to make use of their large volumes of photo and video data. Enterprise customers also receive advanced governance and oversight of their AI ecosystem.

Key Enterprise features include the following:

Multimedia intelligence (video & audio): While the Pro tier focuses on text and unstructured documents, Datagrid Enterprise unlocks the ability to process high-fidelity multimedia. This includes native support for video and audio files up to 2GB per file, allowing agents to transcribe, summarize, and analyze recordings from site walk-throughs, briefings, or project meetings.

Usage metrics: Pro Admin can see a basic AI credit meter (total balance), but Enterprise Admin can see credit usage metrics. Enterprise Admin can see a list of most engaged users, most engaged agents, and which actions those agents are taking (processing versus interacting for example). They can also see the total credits used per teamspace and across the company. Learn more about how AI credits are managed.

Expanded ecosystem & performance: Enterprise includes 15-minute sync frequency (compared to hourly for Pro) and an expanded library of over 50 additional integration connectors. This includes specialized packs for ERP and financial systems, as well as native connectors for Excel and Google Sheets, allowing Datagrid to perform complex math-heavy reconciliations and cross-platform audits. This also includes managing MCP servers that can enhance AI capabilities with company-specific logic, specialized tools, or proprietary workflows. Note: When adding a custom MCP server, it may not be available from within Datagrid AI in Procore.

Agent templates: Enterprise Admins can build reusable agent templates with standardized instructions, knowledge, and workflows. This helps keep agents consistent across projects and makes it easier to apply updates without manually reconfiguring each agent.

  • For example, on a single agent template, you can add company SOPs that are applied across selected projects or even apply different SOPs to different projects, such as when procedures differ by region.
