Delete a Coordination Issue

In Procore, deleting a coordination issue is not permanent. Deleted items move to a Recycle Bin, acting as a safety net for your project. This allows Admin users to audit removed items and restore anything deleted by mistake or needed for future reference.

  • You can delete one or multiple coordination issues. Once deleted, only an 'Admin' user can Retrieve a Coordination Issue from the Recycle Bin.

From the Procore Plugin

1. Open Navisworks® and your model on your computer. See Getting Started Using the Procore Plugin.

2. With the Procore tab selected, click Issues List.

3. Hover over the issue that you want to delete.

4. Click Info.

5. Click the ellipsis (...) icon to expand the options for this issue, then click Delete.
   Note: The issue will be moved to the Recycle Bin in the Coordination Issues tool.

From the Coordination Issues Tool

1. Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.

2. Find the issue(s) that you want to delete. You can use the Search bar or apply filters like Assigned to Me, Overdue, or a specific Location.

3. Select the issue(s) to delete:

   • To delete one or more issue(s), mark the issue(s) checkboxes.

   • To delete all issue(s), select the checkbox in the heading of the Issue column.

     

4. Click the icon above the table to move the selected issue(s) to the Recycle Bin.
