Refresh Bid Contacts for Connected Companies in the Company Directory

A connected company is a business or organization that is listed on the Procore Construction Network that has been added to your Company Directory. While you can edit some of the company’s information, the business also maintains its own public profile.

If bid contacts have changed for the connected company, you can refresh the bid contacts in your Company level Directory.

• Required User Permissions

• This is only for connected companies. For locally saved companies, you can manually Set Bidder Information at the Company Level.

• Refreshing bid contacts automatically adds the bid contacts as 'connected users' in your Directory.

• Bid contacts added manually from your directory will remain when you refresh. See Set Bidder Information at the Company Level.

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory.

2. Click Companies.

3. Click View next to the company.

4. Click Refresh Bid Contacts under the 'Contacts' section.
