Add a Person to the Project Level Directory (iOS)
Things to Consider
When you create a new user in a Project Directory, the user is also automatically added to the Company Directory.
Personal Avatars can only be added to Procore by the end user. For details, see What is an avatar and how do I create one?
You can configure what items are created with the quick create
icon, see Configure Quick Create Settings.
This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline sync with Procore once a network connection is reestablished.
Steps

Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device and select a project.
Tap the quick create
icon and select Contact.
OR
Tap the Directory tool and tap the createicon. Then select Add Contact.
Tap Import from Contacts.
Tap the desired existing contact that is stored locally on your device.
Tap into a field to edit or add any relevant information.
Tap Create to add the contact to the project's Directory.
TipIf required fields are empty, click Fix Errors to go to the first empty field. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty required fields.
After the required fields have been entered, you will be able to create or save the form.

icon and select Contact.

Tap the Directory tool and tap the createicon. Then select Add Contact.
Tap Create New Contact.
Tap into a field to add the relevant information.
Tap Create to save the contact to the project's Directory.
TipIf required fields are empty, click Fix Errors to go to the first empty field. Click Next Field or Previous Field to view other empty required fields.
After the required fields have been entered, you will be able to create or save the form.
