Email a Meeting
Background
You can forward a copy of a meeting's agenda or minutes by email. A meeting can be forwarded to people on the scheduled attendees list, distribution groups, or any person with a profile in the Project Directory.

Things to Consider
Required User Permissions:
'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
OR'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Email Meeting' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
Steps
Navigate to the project's Meetings tool.
Click the arrow next to a meeting to expand the series.
Click the meeting's title.
Click the vertical ellipsis icon.
Click Email.
Enter email details.
Click Send.
