Change Your Password

If you know your current password, you can change it at any time using the Steps below on the Password tab of your My Profile Settings page. If you do not know your current password, refer to How do I reset an unknown password?

• Required User Permissions

• You must know your current password to use the Steps below. If you do not know your password, follow steps to reset an unknown password.

• • Procore's Password Requirements:

    • Huit (8) caractères ou plus

    • Au moins une (1) lettre majuscule

    • Au moins une (1) lettre minuscule

    • Au moins un (1) chiffre

    • Au moins un (1) caractère spécial (!@#$%^&*)

    • Les mots de passe doivent correspondre

    • Vous ne pouvez pas réutiliser vos quatre (4) derniers mots de passe.

1. Log in to Procore Web.

2. Click the 'Account & Profile' icon in the top-right of the navigation bar and select My Profile Settings.
   

3. Click the Password tab.

4. Click Send Password Reset Email.

5. Go to your email client's inbox and open the 'Reset Your Procore Password' email.

6. Click Reset Password.

7. Enter a new password in the Password field.

8. Enter your new password again in the Confirm field.

9. Click Set Password.
