Search for Items Within a Project (iOS)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:

    • 'Read Only' or higher permissions to one or more tools in the Procore project. Note: You can only search for items that you have permissions to view.

  • Additional Information:

    • Project Search is not available in offline mode.

    • The following tools or items are not yet supported by Procore Search on web or mobile:

      • Action Plans

      • Conversations

      • Inspection Schedules

    • The Directory and Correspondence tools are not yet searchable on mobile.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.

  2. Select the project you want to search in.

  3. At the top of the Project Overview screen, tap search icon-markup-search.png

  4. Tap the top bar to enter your search terms. Relevant results are automatically shown.

  5. Filter options:

    • Tap Tools and select one or more tools to include in the search results. Then tap Apply.

    • Or tap Clear Filters to remove any applied filters.
