Edit Permissions Templates for Resource Planning
Background
The Procore Permissions tool helps you manage user access. You can create templates to give specific roles permission to different Procore tools.
The Resource Planning tool has it's own set of permissions templates that give access to specific actions within the Resource Planning tool. There are four standard permissions templates in Resource Planning. You can use or edit these permission templates, or create your own based on the available granular permissions. ImportantTo access the Resource Planning tool, users must also have 'Read Only' level permissions or higher to the Resource Planning tool. This is set by creating and applying a permission template in Procore's Permissions tool:

Things to Consider
Users can only be assigned one permissions template in Resource Planning.
The 'Admin' template cannot be edited or deleted.

Prerequisites
Steps
Navigate to the Company level Resource Planning tool.
Click the Configure Settings
icon.
Click Permissions.
Locate the permissions template that you want to edit and click Edit.
Update the Name of the permissions template.
Mark the checkbox for each granular permission you want to enable or disable on the permissions template.
Click Save.
