Add a Crew to a Timesheet
Background
Procore's Timesheets tool is integrated with the Crews tool, which enables users to leverage existing groups of laborers organized into "crews" when creating a timesheet. This allows for faster and more accurate Timesheet creation.
Things to Consider
When a signed timesheet is edited, the signature is removed. The employee must re-sign the edited entry. See Sign a Timesheet (Android) and Sign a Timesheet (iOS).
Zero hour entries are supported to provide flexibility to enter time off and per diem.
Depending on your permissions, you may need to change the status of the timesheet to edit the timesheet.
'Approved' timecard entries:
Can only be edited by a user with 'Admin' permissions on the Company level Timesheets tool.
Cannot be deleted.
Can only be marked as 'Completed' in the Company level Timesheets tool.
'Completed' timecard entries cannot be edited at the project level. See Edit a Time Entry in the Company Level Timesheets Tool and Edit Your Company's Timesheets in Bulk.

Steps
Navigate to the project's Timesheets tool.
Select the date to locate the timesheet.
Then click the vertical ellipsis
for the timesheet and select Add Resources.
Select the crew name.
Select the employees.
Click Add to add the crew members to the timesheet.
