Pour les projets utilisant les outils Planification des ressources et Suivi des ressources, vous pouvez gérer votre personnel à l’aide de l’outil Planification des ressources. Lorsque les synchronisations de données sont activées, les personnes ajoutées à la planification des ressources sont visibles à la fois dans la liste des personnes de l’outil et dans l’annuaire de l’entreprise, et peuvent être assignées à des affectations de ressources et apparaître dans les outils Équipes et Feuilles horaires.
Les mises à jour des informations des personnes dans l’outil Planification des ressources ou dans l’annuaire de l’entreprise de Procore sont automatiquement synchronisées avec l’autre. La plupart des synchronisations prennent moins d’une minute.

When adding people to Resource Planning, you have three options when creating people in Resource Planning: 'User', 'Assignable', or 'Assignable User'. How you create a user in Resource Planning decides certain functionality for the user, and where their user information is synced in the Company Directory.

Note: If there is a matching user record in your Directory, they will be linked to the 'User' instead.
After you decide how to create your user, the following information is synced between the People List to the 'Personal Information' section of the Procore Company Directory.

The Procore Directory and Resource Planning People List Integration can be enabled by an administrator in Procore Explore.
This integration allows you to add people to Resource Planning from the Company Directory, and view and manage all Resource Planning people information in two places: the 'Resource Planning' tab in the Company Directory and the Resource Planning People List.
When people sync is enabled, fields above are synced to the 'Personal Information' section of the Company Directory.
When people sync is disabled, the above fields must be managed independently in each tool. However, any fields in the Company Directory's 'Resource Planning' tab are automatically synced between the Company Directory and Resource Planning tools.
For the best experience, data syncing should be enabled with this feature. If it is disabled, please contact your Procore Customer Success Engineer or Point of Contact to have it turned on.
